Week 23 and Bri Pruitt the Hippie Dippie Mom

Welcome to week 23, mama!

This week, baby is a little over 11 inches long and slightly heavier than a pound. Baby’s punches and kicks are getting stronger now. Your partner can probably feel the movements from outside your tummy. Baby’s heart is strong enough that her heartbeat can be heard using a stethoscope.

Have you started thinking about maternity leave? If you’re a working mom in the United States, you have unpaid leave options. Your state or employer may even offer paid options. It’s best to start learning your options now, some employers may require several weeks or months notice in order to qualify for paid leave status.

This is week 3 in our resolutions series and we have an interview with Bri Pruitt, the Hippie Dippie Mom.
